Senior Campaign Analyst, Ad Operations
Lifestreet is looking for a Senior Campaign Analyst to join the Ad Operations team. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of the Lifestreet Media network in order to provide actionable, data-driven insights to our Account Management and Creative teams to help achieve our advertisers' goals. Lifestreet's RevJet platform applies Iterative, High Velocity Testing to any digital object that drives revenue, and you must be the advocate to identify new vectors of optimization to test. To be successful in this role, you need to own the data and love working with it. You will need to combine insightful data analysis with exceptional communication skills while building out new processes and tools.
Responsibilities:
- Own the campaign data for the Lifestreet Network. Understand each advertisers' goals, KPIs and performance, and tear through the data to find actionable insights to optimize our campaigns
- Setup, QA and traffic new campaigns
- Provide support on various post-launch and ongoing activities, including analyzing ongoing performance and implementing additional trafficking requirements
- Become the business owner of Lifestreet's trafficking tools, and collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to iterate and improve the tools
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a data-driven analyst role, such as Consulting, Banking, SEM, Product Management, etc.
- Exceptional Excel and data skills, and strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, often with little day-to-day direction
- Strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams
- BA/BS degree with strong academic and analytical performance

Senior Database Engineer
Basic responsibilities
- Development of analytical infrastructure (MySQL, Vertica, Cassandra)
- Architecture, design and implementation
- Performance troubleshooting and tuning
- Potential management of two developers, depending on experience and desire
General requirements and conditions
- Minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience
- Experience working in a distributed team
- Verbal English skills
- Work from office in Zhukovsky, Moscow reg., Russia, or work remotely from home
- Willingness to travel between offices, if needed

Operations Engineer

Required skills
- Minimum of three years' experience in professional administration of Linux (Unix)
- Experience with server administration in remote data centers
- Experience with monitoring and warning systems (Munin, MRTG, Nagios, Ganglia etc.)
- Experience in administration of Web servers (Apache, ngnix, Tomcat)
- Experience with administration of high load systems 24x7, e.g. large web projects, banners and ad networks, and search engines
- Solid knowledge of DNS
- Higher education degree (preferably in computer science, physics, math, or related specialty)
- Technical English skills
- Willingness to work an "on-duty" schedule
Highly desired skills
- Experience with support of load balancing and fail over (e.g. LVS, DNS, nginx)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (vServer, openvz etc.)
- Experience with cloud systems (Amazon EC2, Google AppEngine etc.)
- Experience with bugtracking systems (Jira, Mantis etc.)
- Experience in the writing of technical documentation
- Solid hardware knowledge
- Knowledge of backup technologies (e.g. bacula)

- Programing experience (bash, perl, C/C++ etc.)
- MySQL administration (setup, backup, replication)
- Squid or other proxy servers
